This policy covers who owns what in Zovera, and how to report content that infringes your intellectual-property rights.
The Zovera name, logo, design, user interface, and software are the intellectual property of Zovera's operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission, except as allowed by law.
You keep all rights to the content you upload (photos, records, notes). By uploading, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant Zovera the limited licence needed to store and display it back to you and to family members you invite.
If you believe content available through Zovera infringes your copyright, trademark, or other IP rights, send a notice to zovera.support@gmail.com including:
We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to infringing material where justified, and notify the user who posted it. Users who repeatedly infringe will have their accounts terminated.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to zovera.support@gmail.com with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a good-faith statement (under penalty of perjury) explaining why the removal was erroneous. We may restore the material if the original claimant does not pursue the matter.
Sample imagery in the app is served from licensed/stock sources (e.g. Unsplash) under their respective licences. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
