These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Zovera — the pet care application, its website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zovera.
Zovera helps you organise your pets' care: health records, reminders, expenses, memories, and an AI assistant. Your data is stored on your device and, when you sign in, synced securely to our hosting providers so it can follow you across the devices you sign in on.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Zovera offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Mini, Individual, Family), billed monthly or yearly. Each plan has stated limits — for example the number of pets, AI messages, and photos per pet — which we enforce in the app and may adjust with notice.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy (see /legal/refunds). Prices may change with advance notice — changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Creating a Vet QR for a pet shares that pet's medical summary (never photos or your contact details) with any Zovera-verified veterinarian who scans or enters its code. You control this: pause or resume the code from the pet's profile at any time.
If you use Zovera as a verified veterinarian, you agree to access shared pet data only for providing veterinary care, to keep it confidential, and not to copy it beyond what care requires. Vet access can be revoked by Zovera at any time.
You agree not to:
Everything you add to Zovera — pet profiles, photos, records, notes — remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content back to you (and to family members you explicitly invite).
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
Zovera's AI assistant provides general pet-care information generated by a language model. It is NOT a veterinarian and its answers are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified vet for health concerns, and seek emergency care immediately when your pet is in distress.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or terminate the Service (or your access to it) for breach of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zovera and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kochi, Kerala, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
