Shipping & Delivery Policy
Zovera is a digital subscription service. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped.
Digital delivery
Zovera is a web-based application. When you purchase a paid plan, there is no physical shipment. Access to the paid features is delivered digitally by activating them on your Zovera account.
Activation time
Paid features are normally unlocked immediately after a successful payment, and in all cases within a few minutes once the payment is confirmed by our payment partner, Razorpay. You can use your subscription from any device by signing in to your account.
If activation is delayed
If your payment succeeded but your plan has not activated within a reasonable time, please write to zovera.support@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly. Duplicate or failed charges are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
